Organic lights : "HIVES"
- Inspiration photo :
Traditional Greek Hive.
- Inspiration : The Traditional Greek Beehives, of the last century. They were made of reeds coated with a mixture of mud and ash.
The basic forms of the Beehives varied from region to region.
- The art lights "HIVES" are made of organic materials (reeds) combined with cement.
They are suitable for outdoor and indoor use ( above a dining table, next to a sofa and on the sides of a bed.
Suggested colors : Earth tones. The range of Beige-Brown

Organic lights : Applique "CASTLE"
- Inspiration photo :
Fortress of Fortezza, Rethymnon, Crete.
-Inspiration : The Fortress of Fortezza in Rethymno, the castle town of Monemvasia, the Castles & Fortresses that are scattered throughout Greece, from Thessaloniki, Parga, Naxos to Crete.
-The artlight "CASTLE", is an applique made of thin strips of wood, hand-knitted.
The "CASTLE" applique, is painted with a rust patina, to resemble heavy aged rusty iron, while being particularly lightweight.

- Inspiration photo :
- Inspiration : The mat beach umbrellas and the big floppy beach hats of the 60's, in a primitive & relaxed rendition.
- The artlight "BEACH" has a relaxed mood. It has an asymmetrical trihedron form, dressed with Linen, Burlap or Gauze in various colors, with stitched edge of the fabric or with free threads and fraying at the fabric's edge.
- It is a large lamp in Dimensions : Slim and Tall - Large - Extra Large & Giga.

Organic lights : Corals "GORGONIANS"
- Inspiration photo :
- Inspiration : The Greek Corals called Gorgonians.
The meadows with Gorgonians corals in Agios Stratis and in Santorini are famous. Gorgonians are black but also in bright colours : orange, red, yellow, fuchsia.
- The artlights "GORGONIANS" are a combination of natural Coral with a cement base painted in Black colour with White thin stripes .
The Corals Gorgonians that I use , come Exclusively and Only from artificial coral meadows, areas grown specifically for exploitation, abroad.

- Inspiration photo :
- Inspiration : Coral Gorgonians, when standing upright, look like trees that have lost their foliage. This association of the structure of a marine organism with a terrestrial plant organism fascinates me.
- The artlights Applique -"GORGONIANS" created to highlight this tree-like form and they are made from a combination of Coral and Cement.
- The Appliques may match the Pendant lights "GORGONIANS".
- The Corals Gorgonians that I use, come EXCLUSIVELY and ONLY from artificial coral meadows, areas grown specifically for exploitation, overseas.

Organic light : "BLACK PINNA SHELL"
- Inspiration photo :
- Inspiration : The Pinna shell, an endangered shellfish in Meditaranian sea.
"Pinna Nobilis Shell" reaches 70 cm length and it lives semi-submerged in the bedsea.
Since ancient times, the rare "silk of the sea" has been produced from its bush.
- The artlight BLACK "PINΝA" has a large size, 75cm hight and is made of organic material (Paper Cord).
BLACK "PINΝΑ" creates atmospheric lighting, creating excellent flashes & shadows on the wall.

Organic light : "MUSCLE SHELL"
- Inspiration photo :
- Inspiration : Muscle shells play an important role in the marine ecosystem, by filtering water.
- The artlight "MUSCLE SHELL" has a similar style to the "BLACK PINNA SHELL", but it is smaller in height, 37cm length. "MUSCLE SHELL" is also made of paper cord.
- The "MUSCLE SHELL" is a pendant light, hanging for the ceiling, but has also an alternative version as an Applique, as a wall hanging light.
- Color: Black with Beige.
- Color : White with Beige.
- "MUSCLE SHELLS", as pendant lights in a residence in Nafpaktos.
- Inspiration : I invite you to the Secret Garden. A garden that celebrates the luxury of silk, organza, muslin, georgette. In this garden, the nobility of shades of champagne and off-white prevail, in a "ton sur ton" , tone on tone color interpretation.
- The artlight "SECRET GARDEN" is made of handmade flowers of SILK -ORGANZA- ZORZETTE, tied on a rope-cable.
There are different versions of the flowers, some made of Fabric and some made of Paper.

Vessel "Aryballos" with shells, 6th century B.C. - Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
- Inspiration : The "Hydria" and the "Aryballos" (pottery of Ancient Greece).
- The artlight "HYDRIA" has a stracture with parametric design.
It has a very large size, height 110 cm and it is combined with a lamp in XXL size, 35 cm.
"HYDRIA" is made of organic materials and has metal elements in the connections.
The asymmetrical form of "HYDRIA" and the linear form with large openings, create an impressive sculptural element, that has a dynamic and also a discreet presence in space, despite its large size.

The "BLACK DRAGON FISH", at HORECA 2019, booth Hotel & Home Deco.
- Inspiration : An imaginary fish, inspired by the Dragon fishes, the Red Scorpions of the Aegean and the whole family of Scorpion Fish & Lion Fish.
- The artlight "BLACK DRAGONFISH" is a large sculpture, 1.30 m long. It is made of thin wooden sticks, joined with metal links and is covered with a perforated cotton lace like a net.
-The "BLACK DRAGON" is an one-off piece, a unique piece that is not repeated, suitable for prestige areas, such as the lobby of a hotel.

- Inspiration photo :
Gourd.
- Inspiration : Memories of old courtyards decorated with Gourds and charming little Greek taverns, that had Gourds hanging on their reed roofs.
- The artlight "GOURD" has very large size.
It is made of cement and dry grass and is characterized by the strips of cement that have a fluid sculptural movement on the form.

A traditional Hut of Sarakatsani, the Greek nomadic herders.
- Πηγή Έμπνευσης : A traditional hut of Sarakatsani, the nomadic herders in the Greek mountains.
- The artlight "HUT" is made of cement with organic materials (dry grass) and is characterized by this traditional architectural form of the huts.
"HUT" is ideally sized for placement over a dining table or at bed sides. It creates atmospheric lighting in the surrounding area and intense functional lighting downwards.

Sand Dunes in Potamos beach, Thessaloniki.
- Inspiration : The Sand Dunes. The unique landscapes of few Greek beaches, with sand dunes and Ammophila arenaria weeds.
- The artlight "DUNES" are made with concrete strips and dry grass.
The "DUNES" have large size and an Asymmetrical sculptural form, offering unique perspectives from every angle.
- Several "DUNES" together, in different sizes, hanging at different heights, can create an impressive installation with their sculptural forms.

Organic light : "PLINTH"
- Inspiration photo :
Plinths, Mud and straw bricks.
- Inspiration : The Plinths, the ecological bricks, made of mud and dry straw. Plinths have been used in Greece to build houses, in the last century.
-The artlight "PLINTH" is made of cement mixed with dry grass.
The dry Grass is visible on the surface of the "PLINTH", giving it an embossed texture.
Suggested colours for "PLINTHS" :
- NATOURAL, with White cement and visible Grass in its Natural beige colour.
- ALL BLACK - ALL WHITE - BLACK with a patina of Gold on the embossed Grass.

Organic light : "SEAGRASS POSIDONIA"
- Inspiration photo :
Meadows of Posidonia Seagrass
- Inspiration : Greek seaggrass, called Posidonia, which play a crucial role in the marine ecosystem. I was fascinated by the Poseidonia seagrass, by their movement, their color shades and their length, when I first saw them in Ulysses Bay, at Ionian Sea.
- The artlight "SEAGRASS POSIDONIA" are made of cement and dry grass, which have been painted one by one, in the shades of seaweed.
Color combinations : Anthracite with ecru - Total Black - White with ecru.

Organic light : "HEARTH"
- Inspiration photo :
- Inspiration : The hearth, which from ancient times was the spiritual and physical centre of Greek homes and nowadays has evolved into traditional wood-burning ovens and fireplaces.
- The artlight "HEARTH" is made of cement and organic materials. It is a modular creation, with 3 cylindrical rings over a domed form.

Organic light : "DRIFTWOODS"
- Inspiration : The driftwoods, the branches that became natural sculptures by the sea, the air & the sun.
- The artlights "DRIFTWOODS" are made of original sea-woods, tied in vertical columns, with a thick rope-cable in Black or Beige colour.
- Parts of the driftwoods may be painted in Black or White, as a reference to the Greek tradition of whitewashing the trunks of the trees and to the international art trend of "Painted Trees".
Organic light : "TYPHA"
- Inspiration : The dry Typha leafs, the very durable organic material which is used to make the traditional Greek wicker café chairs.
- The artlight "TYPHA" has a metal frame from which the long dry grasses, the Typha leafs, are tied in an elaborate way.
"TYPHA" is a Sofa-side light, which gives atmospheric lighting next to the sofa or in a corner of a house.
In its SLIM version, it is placed on the sides of a bed, as a Bed- side light.
Organic light : Floor light "CROOKED BRANCH"
- Inspiration : The crooked branches have unique forms, with Wabi-Sabi charm.
- The artlight "CROOKED BRANCH" consist of a long slightly crooked branch, with an asymmetrical hat made of hand-woven, organic material.
At the "CROOKED BRANCH", the lamp hat is attached at the side of the branch, creating an unusual silhouette with interesting aesthetics and atmospheric lighting.
Organic light : "OLIVE BRANCHES"

- Inspiration : The olive branches with their untamed movement. This freedom of untamed movement, is also highlighted when weaving the branches in my creation.
- The artlights "OLIVE BRANCHES" are made of genuine plant material, specially treated to remain stable over time and prevent decay.
Each leaf is painted with natural shades, for a realistic effect that remains unchanged in time.

Organic light : White "DRAGON FISH"
- Inspiration photo :
- Inspiration : A reference to the symbol of Yin-Yang. A dialogue develops between the "BLACK DRAGON FISH" symbol of Yin and the "WHITE DRAGON FISH" symbol of Yang.
- The artlight "WHITE DRAGON FISH" is an imaginary fish, in Off-White shade. It is a large scale light sculpture, 1.30 m long, made of thin wooden sticks, with metal links and perforated cotton lace in a coral design.
"WHITE DRAGON FISH" is a one-off piece, a unique piece suitable for prestigious venues.
The perforated cotton lace that covers the skeleton of the "DRAGON FISH" like a net, is a reference to the ecological problem of "ghost fishnets", the damaged fishnets that float uncontrollably in the seas, imprisoning fishes and sea turtles.
The "DRAGON FISH" highlights this ecological issue in an optimistic way, having in its centre a LAMP as a symbol of HOPE, for the awakening of the ecological consciousness of the world and the adoption of new ecological habits.
